NS 288 is a "as needed" train from Atlanta, "usually" dies at the Toyota yard in Georgetown KY, but will run on North when they have enough traffic. They are using it to move a lot of the 132 traffic, as 132 is now abolished.

R43 was probably a re-route of one of the NS Fema train, NS 043. There has been some curfews on the New Castle District over the last few weeks, and a lot of stuff that goes to and from Elkhart has been running around that.
