NS 11X Westbound on Huntington at Meyer Road, Fort Wayne,
Indiana Saturday evening , 26 April, 2014. They called signals
Westbound thru Hugo.I don't know where this train originated.
It was all covered coil cars. I assume loads.

Hugo is South of Nuttman Ave., and North of Engle Rd.
in the Waynedale neighborhood of Fort Wayne.

I have never had a problem parking on the public street and watching. I would not walk North onto NS access road. I often thought it would be fun to get a ghillie suit and sneak back and get some pics from the Northwest quadrant at Hugo. Nah- I'm too old for that. I really can't afford bail and such...

Without the pole, the 1st. photo might be
a Ted Xaras painting ! He's done Pittsburgh
commuter engines like that, only with older
tenders.This thread brings back memories of
our Flint and Walling well pumps.

New KCS Locos at E.W.

I came down Nelson Road at 12:45 A.M. today.
Seven new KCS engines were at the East end
of East Wayne Yard.

rr frequencies for 45 minutes.
