As Seen ND&W

Post by RDJ » Tue Mar 01, 2016 4:59 pm

Yesterday (2-29-2016) as I was coming home from a business trip on US 24
from Dearborn, Mi. and I saw a locomotive with four cars moving west.
The track was on the south side of US 24.
I turned south at the next intersection at RD 115 and waited at the grade
crossing for the train.
There was a man in a white truck waiting for the train. I thought he was
going to flag the crossing but the locomotive stopped short of RD 115.
The engineer shut down the locomotive.
I was short of time and didn't stay to see what they were going
to do but I did get the attached photo.
