Anyone seen or have photo's of Central Soya when it was served by the PC and or the PRR ? When did they quit burning coal ? I was at Bunge today and must say.. IMPRESSIVE ! looks to have no less than 6 locomotive onsite.
I wonder if at the time that facility was built anyone at Central Soya could have imagined that in the not too distant future Decatur would go from being served by three different railroads with through routes to being at the end of a 10 MPH branch line.
The sweetest sounds in the world: A pair 567's at idle, and a non turbo 645 in run 8!
