Season's Greetings, the Coke train (w/high tops) is back running on the Fostoria.

Must be that time of year again!

I've seen or heard #288 and #29V coming up the New Castle District this week. 288 used to head to Fostoria. Not sure about 29v.

There was a train (coil steel) stopped on the Fostoria near the pit for 2 hours this afternoon. Anyone know why??? I'm guessing that it went into emergency for some reason.

Nasty wind put grainers on the ground @ Dawlins passing siding today.
Nothing running now, but 1 last train crawled through early this afternoon.
