I was also thinking Montpelier, Ohio.

Which brings up another question, has anyone else ever seen a picture of the coal dock that once spanned both mains west of the Wabash passenger station in Fort Wayne. It was a steel coal dock and I was told it fell when someone did a little too much cutting on it with a torch cutter. In fact, it had a relatively short life, if I recall correctly.

Its funny you mentioned this Wayne, we were talking about it last weekend at the Ft. Wayne Rail Celebration. You were right, they were cutting it down and wanted it to fall one way and instead it fell the other and smashed down on top of the rails below. I would have hated to have to been the one to inform the higher ups, because you know it traveled all the way to the president of the railroad's office :!:

Montpelier OH taken 1982, so Montpelier is correct....
