It's definately not the mow track in Albion.

Yes its is IKG Harsco and they manufacture steel grating. Harsco also has a facility in Ludington MI where they build and re-build track tampers, The cars that are being switched out are from mills in the East Chicago/Gary this facility. My contact is not overly impressed with working with CSX and says they are difficult to work with.
