Here is the clue:

Railroad in the backgroand and a siding in the foreground and your guess was cold.

I guessed based on the train in the background, the fact that they did run locals like that frequently on the Marion Branch. Shot in the dark. I was hoping someone would come along and identify it.

I think there's a big factory expansion going on in Wabash, so I'm going to take a stab and say that's it's along the NS Wabash line in/near Wabash.

Winner !Company is MetalX at the Wazoo Exit the spur has been cut in as well, I have seen no rail cars yet, the metal fro here is said to be headed to China !
