I watched a video on YouTube the other the day and one of the comments stated new rail was on the property. The video was taken over a month ago. Has there been any progress? According to the comment, 10 miles of rail are to be replaced.

Have the speeds increased on the railroad since the rehab?

It looks like surface work is now complete and now there is 10 miles of tracks the cars will not fall off the tracks
