How ever it is great that you are willing to do so.
Maybe a fee to help offset some of the expenses.

I noticed there are a couple replies in a few hours so I went ahead and called the City of Waterloo and here is their reply.

Depot is to be moved Feb/March so we need to do this in January as they are finally getting ready pull the trigger on this
project. Rates are $150 for a Waterloo Resident and $207 for non resident for rental of the Depot..

If enough of you are interested in doing a meet at the former NYC Depot in Waterloo I'm willing to make and pay for the arrangements and flip for the food, I'm open to do this January or February..

Six years ago I floated this question... hard to believe 6 years has passed !

I still would like to do this IF there is any interest in doing this and again I offer to pickup the tab.

Any interest and I think summer would be better than January or February.
