GONE

Today on my afternoon walk, I discovered the Wabash Ave. crossing on the Wabash R.R. is gone (closed). :shock:

Well, that crossing doesn't really serve much of a purpose any more, and I'm sure neither the railroad or the city wanted to continue the cost of maintaining it. I HAVE often used it as a photo location though. Closing the street will probably be a good thing for me.
If my opinions offend you, you should see the ones I keep to myself........
