Not sure if this is really exciting or not, but the NS usually switches out at SDI on sunday mornings around 9. You can easily park right on CR 59 just north of the mill, as the connection crosses the road.
The NS comes off of the old Wabash at a wye located there. You can also see the SDI SW1200's working there then.
CSX also interchanges there, but I am unsure of their train number or schedule.
