On the Road (again)
Anybody else notice the BART cars rolling down I-69 on a flat-bed semi? I've seen three in the last couple of weeks. Hard to get a photo when your closing speed is in excess of 150mph.

This morning, I saw another BART car on a semi trailer rolling West on Jefferson, so is it coming out of the fort, or just passing thru?

Re: On the Road (again)
On Thursday, my wife saw one of these cars rolling down (old) SR1 near the airport.
I found a news story stating the cars are manufactured by Bombardier in Schenectedy, NY. So, how is FWA on the route from there to San Fran?

I think I know why we are seeing those BART cars roll through the fort. I saw three of them sitting off Engle Rd at a specialized carrier yard, leading me to believe a Fort Wayne company (or at least an office) is involved in the transportation.
IIRC BART is wide gage so no rail operations on standard gage.
