These pictures have been released for viewing to the public, thanks to the folks at the Lake States Railway Historical Association. Most of the collections are aimed at Chicago area railroads but there are some Nickel Plate pictures and I found this one Wabash Fort Wayne picture, with the bonus of a Fort Wayne landmark that, do I understand correctly, it's no longer there?

Yes, stored by GE at their plant in the Cincinnati area.
