HAVE THE NEW CASTLE DISTRICT FREQ CHANGED.? IAM NOT PICKING THEM UP ON MY SCANNER. THANK YOU

Pretty sure I heard NCD dispatcher in Wabash talking on 160.44. Narrow-banding has reduced signal strength.

THANKS. OPERATOR ERROR, GRANDSON CHECKING OUT GRANDPA"S SCANNER PUSHED A FEW BUTTONS. WORKING FINE NOW.

Sitting here at home, I heard them setting up a meet with 216, 282, and I think 143 while 177 went into the yard.
