You are on the right track and so very close ! But can you tell me which crossing ?

No, because I haven't really been up there in awhile. My first glance thought was that it was the first crossing immediately west of I-69.

This is Allen Chapel crossing and has since been replaced with an Overpass.

The Fort Wayne Railfan
