Train Schedules

I have listed these schedules to get a feel for what type of traffic the EL was running on the west end through Indiana in the latter years of operation.  The hotshots have a short 10-15 minutes scheduled at the Huntington depot for crew changes.  Much of the operation through Indiana is nocturnal, at least as it was scheduled.  These schedules are from the March 21, 1971 timetable.  To simplify the listing, I have only listed the schedules between Chicago and Marion.  These are all freight trains as the Erie Lackawanna discontinued their passenger service in January 1970.
